What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For our standard Daily Living Aids and home-care products, the MOQ starts as low as 50–100 units to support small businesses and trial orders.
Do you support private labeling or custom logos?
Yes. We offer OEM services, including laser-engraved logos and custom packaging for bulk orders. Please contact us with your branding requirements and target quantities.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We recommend sample testing to ensure the ergonomics and quality meet your market standards before you confirm a full order.
Shipping & Logistics
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on volume, weight, and destination. Since our products are lightweight, we often use specialized air freight or express (DHL/FedEx) for fast delivery.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we export globally from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China, to North America, Europe, Australia, and beyond.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal for samples and small orders. For bulk wholesale orders, we prefer Wire Transfer (T/T) to minimize transaction fees.
Is my transaction secure?
We provide formal Proforma Invoices (PI) and tracking numbers for every shipment.

Yes. All our aids are made from high-quality, BPA-free, and non-toxic materials designed for daily long-term use.
Are these classified as medical devices?
Our products are categorized as General Daily Living Aids (ADL) and Home-Care Consumer Goods, making them easier to import without complex medical certifications in most regions.
